FIDI, the most established moving federation in the world, in cooperation with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, has developed the highest quality standard in our business. Its goal is to achieve a unique and well regulated quality control system for all FIDI members.
The system investigates and tests all aspects of our business. The following aspects are checked independently: customer satisfaction, cash flow, credit history, filing system, status quo check of our equipment and vehicles.

FAIMplus
All international moves have to be organized and completed with FAIMplus standard. Ernst & Young will monitor the standard every 2 years. In order to keep FAIMplus, every company has to fulfil all requirements 100%.
In December 2000 Brauns International was the first German relocation company to receive this certificate. FIDI awards two different certificates: FAIM and FAIMplus. The requirements for the FAIMplus certification exceed the ones for the FAIM certification by far. In addition one has to be ISO certified in advance.
